A few more small issues to finish up and then the guest cottage will be complete. Light switch covers and the toilet pipe are still to be done. Gone are the technicolour curtains and holes in the walls. New bedding and linen makes such a difference!

It looks so cozy and welcoming. Kudos.
It looks lovely! Not that rustic at all. It’s very inviting
I would like to review the guest cottage for the Travel section of my blog. When do I get a complimentary visit?
You’re always welcome Mark
– I did invite you agaes ago but you got all ninny about the snakes if you remember …..
How wonderful it looks, Jackie! If Sara and I ever make it to SA, we will reserve a room at your lovely place. By the way, I love the stone wall behind the bed–great texture!

Thanks Kathy – would love to have you visit! The stone walls in our cottages really save on painting
Congratulations on your life change — good to see more of the grow-your-own ethos. The posts give such a nice sense of making progress.
Lovely place, I to love the stone wall.
Hi Jacks – it looks really gorgeous! And I love the name Jackals Den. My cousin & I are still hoping to visit you for a coupple of nights next month. I will email you the dates right now – can’t wait to return to your little Eden.
Thanks Sue – looking forward to your visit. Just hope the weather improves – it’s absolutely miserable here today.
Looks lovely.
What a great job you’ve done with Jackal’s Den! Simple elegance with an African feel to it. Looks lovely and cool inside.
Thank you Lisa
