My 1st Blogoversary!

Last year on this day I started this blog. It has been my company throughout the year and it has become a reflector of my life.
You have all been through a crazy year with me.
  • moving to the bush
  • starting a new job
  • buying my farm
  • settling in
  • the end of a long-term relationship with my partner
  • learning to be alone but not lonely
  • finding myself
  • learning to live a slow and happy life

Inspiration, company, happiness, knowledge, slowing down,  my spot for interacting with the world, my space for sharing my feelings,  learning about other people, making new friends, a part of my life. These all came true right here in this place of mine.

Thank you for sharing these little snippets of your life, for stopping by my blog, and for taking enough interest to leave a note. I am looking forward to visiting SA and regretting that I won’t have a chance to actually meet you while there.

  9. Congratulations! I honestly can’t even remember how we came to meet…. Whether you found my blog first, or I found yours… It is irrelevent. Through your wonderful blog, I have gained a very dear and precious friend… YOU! I have loved reading of your adventures, your travels, your struggles, and your joys. I am have said many times that I envy you. You don’t know how true that statement is. Whenever I get stressed out and tired of “the rat race”, I dream of just off and moving to a quiet, secluded corner of the planet and drastically changing my life for the better. You achieved that! I do envy you so much! Most people would never have been able to accomplish what you have. But, you did it! Congratulations again on the 1-year Mark! I look forward to reading many, many, many more years worth of great posts on your blog. Have a great day! 🙂

  13. Happy Anniversary! It is quite amazing how busy your last year has been. I don’t know how you managed to blog through all the action. It certainly doesn’t sound like you have slowed down yet.

    I’ve only started reading your blog recently, but am hooked!
