Starting to eat more and more of my garden. I have the brassica blues though. I think they are all going to bolt without heads. Any tips?

Hey Jackie. Living in a similar climate I have had the same issue with my attempts at lettuce growing. HEAT! I planted cabbage in the middle of our “winter” last year and they grew perfectly. I don’t know of anything you can do to reverse their current trend, but you can plant another crop as it’s getting colder now so I’d bet they do better. You should also be able to eat the leaves of your current crop if they haven’t turned bitter.
